What makes it different

Fast when you are near the car planned

Commands will go over Bluetooth straight to the vehicle — around 300 milliseconds instead of one to three seconds through the cloud, and working in an underground car park with no signal, which is exactly where a cloud command fails and where you most want the door open.

Not switched on yet. Enabling it needs Tesla's vehicle-command protocol and a one-time NFC key-card tap at the car. Until then every command takes the cloud path, automatically.

Works wherever you are

Commands go through Tesla's official Fleet API. Once Bluetooth is enabled the app will pick the faster path when you are near the car and fall back automatically when you are not — you never choose.

One tap from the watch face

A Control Center toggle that shows whether the car is locked before you press it, plus complications, Siri Shortcuts and the Action Button.

Sentry alerts that go somewhere

Tesla notifies you for alarms and door-opens. TeslaWatch also catches motion detected — and the notification itself carries Honk and Flash buttons, so you can respond without opening anything.

Notices things before you do

Slow tire leaks separated from ordinary cold-morning pressure drops. Unusual battery drain while parked. Long-run capacity health. All from data the car is already producing.

Built carefully

Your Tesla password never touches the app — sign-in happens in Apple's own secure browser, and the tokens are encrypted on the server where the app cannot read them. Opening the car takes a deliberate hold rather than a single tap, and asking Siri to unlock requires Face ID even from a locked phone.

There are no analytics SDKs, no advertising networks and no third-party trackers of any kind. The privacy policy sets out exactly what is stored, for how long, and what is not collected at all.
